Ducati Designs headlight and wiring harness products are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own your bike. The warranty applies to all components of your Ducati Designs product, and includes the lighting units, lenses and seals, wiring harness and mounting hardware. Ducati Designs, LLC will, at no cost to the original purchaser, repair or replace any components found to be defective.

Exceptions to this warranty include damage caused by accident or road hazard, improper installation, racing use or other misuse. Ducati Designs, LLC will, at nominal cost to the purchaser, repair or replace components which have failed for other than manufacturing or materials defect if returned to us. Bulbs will be replaced at no charge if they fail during the first year of use.

Expressly excluded from this warranty are any consequential damages as a result of accident, collision, personal injury or property damage arising from defect in materials or workmanship, including but not limited to partial or complete failure of the lighting units, wiring harness, bulbs or other components, improper installation or aiming, improper use or from abuse or neglect, road hazards, or racing or off-road use.

Paint finishes are also expressly excluded from this warranty. While we make every effort to ensure a quality paint finish on our prefinished items, we cannot guarantee a perfect match in color, finish or complexion to your motorcycle.

To make a warranty claim, simply return the defective product or component to Ducati Designs, LLC and a replacement of equivalent performance will be returned, shipping cost not included, to the purchaser. We believe that Ducati Designs products enhance your motorcycling experience by improving your visibility of the road. However, Ducati Designs, LLC does not warrant the safety of those who use our products. Motorcycling by definition involves higher risk of accident and injury than other forms of transportation and recreation, and as such it is incumbent upon the rider to ride safely and defensively. Always wear a helmet, protective clothing and eye-protection. Ride within the limits of yours and your motorcycle's capabilities and obey your local, state and federal laws.
